He has led the creation and implementation of CCCA\u2019s strategic plan, which is focused on supporting ministry sustainability through initiatives such as \u201cThriving Ministry\u201d and \u201cThe Power of Camp.\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color: #163c46;\">Before joining CCCA, Gregg served as vice president of public affairs at Georgia Family Council, where he spearheaded all aspects of the nonprofit\u2019s communications and fundraising efforts. His diverse background in communications, marketing and development includes six years at The Boeing Company, where he helped introduce the 777 airplane to the world, and five years at Young Life, where he was a member of the President\u2019s Cabinet as the organization\u2019s senior Communications officer.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color: #163c46;\">He is the co-author of the book \u201cTerrify No More\u201d published by Thomas Nelson, and is a seasoned speaker and media representative, having worked with media outlets such as Wall Street Journal, USA Today, New York Times, CBS This Morning, Good Morning America, Fox and Friends and many others. Gregg is passionate about Christian camping because of the life-changing impact it had on his own life. At 17, he committed his life to Christ on his first trip to a Christian camp.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color: #163c46;\">Gregg holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Washington and an MBA from University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He has served as adjunct faculty at Colorado Christian University and University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, where he has taught upper-level courses on Strategic Communications and Organization Development. Ideation fills this gap between strategy and implementation with innovation frameworks, strategic process &amp; infrastructure development, leadership &amp; team building, brand (re)development &amp; positioning and<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color: #163c46;\">creative services that bridge concepts into the real world. He is also the author of \u201cGood Idea. Now What?: How to Move Ideas to Execution\u201d, a practical book designed to help people move ideas to implementation.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color: #163c46;\">Charles is regularly invited to advise and speak on topics including strategic clarity, creative execution, leading innovation, idea-making, brand strategy and leadership development. Executive leaders from brands including Toyota, Wells Fargo, Google, TOMS, NBCUniversal, WME, Caterpillar, Sequoia Capital, Vanguard Financial, ONE Campaign, (RED), Reform Alliance and many others have benefited from engaging Charles on various projects and endeavors. He currently serves in the role of Sr. Operations Lead, Field Operations for Chick-fil-A Corporate. Ryan\u2019s primary responsibilities include partnering with Chick-fil-A Restaurant Franchisee Owner\/Operators across the state of Texas to help them develop effective operational strategies to grow 1sales, improve the customer experience and realize Chick-fil-A\u2019s vision of becoming the \u201cWorld\u2019s Most Caring Company.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ryan has enjoyed a successful career, beginning with his service as a Quality Improvement Officer in the U.S. Air Force after selection to US Air Force Flight School. Prior to Chick-fil-A, Ryan served as Vice President of Quality for a new luxury hotel brand, Capella Hotels and Resorts, joining forces with Horst Schulze, the former creator of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company to create a new standard of excellence in the hotel industry. Ryan graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. He has spoken on the topic of service excellence, leadership and quality management for organizations around the world. Holly is a sought-after speaker and leadership coach who uses her expertise\u00a0as a Certified Myers Briggs Practitioner, Certified 5 Voices Coach and Certified\u00a0Working Genius Facilitator to help leaders identify their personality-based\u00a0communication patterns and how they apply to relationships and team performance.\u00a0She also collaborates with Dee Ann Turner, former Vice President of Corporate Talent\u00a0for Chick-fil-A, to provide workshops on talent selection and retention. Holly has spoken\u00a0to audiences throughout the United States as well in Egypt, Brazil, Zambia, Mexico,\u00a0Costa Rica and Singapore.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Holly has over 14 years of executive experience with non-profit organizations including\u00a0serving as the Chief Operating Officer for Growing Leaders as well as Vice President of\u00a0Advancement for Mercy Ships.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Previously, she worked in the corporate health care industry for a decade in senior leadership positions. Her most recent executive position was as a divisional Vice-<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">President a publicly traded pharmacy services company.
