Gregg Hunter

Gregg HunterSince becoming president / CEO of CCCA in 2009, Gregg Hunter has been responsible for the overall strategic direction of CCCA in its efforts to maximize ministry for its members. He has led the creation and implementation of CCCA’s strategic plan, which is focused on supporting ministry sustainability through initiatives such as “Thriving Ministry” and “The Power of Camp.”

Before joining CCCA, Gregg served as vice president of public affairs at Georgia Family Council, where he spearheaded all aspects of the nonprofit’s communications and fundraising efforts. His diverse background in communications, marketing and development includes six years at The Boeing Company, where he helped introduce the 777 airplane to the world, and five years at Young Life, where he was a member of the President’s Cabinet as the organization’s senior Communications officer.

He is the co-author of the book “Terrify No More” published by Thomas Nelson, and is a seasoned speaker and media representative, having worked with media outlets such as Wall Street Journal, USA Today, New York Times, CBS This Morning, Good Morning America, Fox and Friends and many others. Gregg is passionate about Christian camping because of the life-changing impact it had on his own life. At 17, he committed his life to Christ on his first trip to a Christian camp.

Gregg holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Washington and an MBA from University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He has served as adjunct faculty at Colorado Christian University and University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, where he has taught upper-level courses on Strategic Communications and Organization Development. Gregg has been married 39 years, has two adult sons and daughters-in-law and one grandchild.

Ideation fills this gap between strategy and implementation with innovation frameworks, strategic process & infrastructure development, leadership & team building, brand (re)development & positioning and

creative services that bridge concepts into the real world. He is also the author of “Good Idea. Now What?: How to Move Ideas to Execution”, a practical book designed to help people move ideas to implementation.

Charles is regularly invited to advise and speak on topics including strategic clarity, creative execution, leading innovation, idea-making, brand strategy and leadership development. Executive leaders from brands including Toyota, Wells Fargo, Google, TOMS, NBCUniversal, WME, Caterpillar, Sequoia Capital, Vanguard Financial, ONE Campaign, (RED), Reform Alliance and many others have benefited from engaging Charles on various projects and endeavors. In addition to advising and speaking, Charles has served as host and/or facilitator for numerous events with NY Times best-selling authors and executives from brands including Google, Twitter, MLB, Starwood, Disney, CAA, Toyota, TOMS, charity: water, United Way, World Vision and many others.

Ryan Magnon

Ryan MagnonRyan Magnon is a recognized leader in the service industry with expertise in service excellence, hospitality operations and leadership best practices. He currently serves in the role of Sr. Operations Lead, Field Operations for Chick-fil-A Corporate. Ryan’s primary responsibilities include partnering with Chick-fil-A Restaurant Franchisee Owner/Operators across the state of Texas to help them develop effective operational strategies to grow 1sales, improve the customer experience and realize Chick-fil-A’s vision of becoming the “World’s Most Caring Company.”

Ryan has enjoyed a successful career, beginning with his service as a Quality Improvement Officer in the U.S. Air Force after selection to US Air Force Flight School. Prior to Chick-fil-A, Ryan served as Vice President of Quality for a new luxury hotel brand, Capella Hotels and Resorts, joining forces with Horst Schulze, the former creator of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company to create a new standard of excellence in the hotel industry. Ryan graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. He has spoken on the topic of service excellence, leadership and quality management for organizations around the world. Ryan is married with 4 children and currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.

André Martin

Andre MartinAndré Martin, PhD, has held key senior leadership, advisory and board roles dedicated to employee engagement and culture in some of the biggest consumer brands in the world including Target, Nike, Google, Mars Incorporated and Disney. Whether his teams were unleashing the potential of Target’s 350,000 employees by helping to build a more purpose-driven culture, activating a consumer-focused digital transformation at Nike by delivering a more value-driven, leader-led culture or building a principle-led culture at Mars that resulted in five consecutive Gallup Great Place to Work awards, André’s mission has always been to help make growth companies as engaging as the consumer brands they create. 

When he isn’t helping companies thrive, André is a guest lecturer at top universities on design thinking and innovation, a committed husband and father of two wonderful children, an owner of a sustainable mushroom farm in the Ozark Mountains and can otherwise be found hiking the rain-soaked trails around Portland with his two English labs (Bode and the Fonz).

Travis Mason

Travis MasonTravis G. Mason is an innovator who has working on some of the most futuristic projects imaginable. While serving as a Vice President at Airbus, he worked on the company’s emerging technology investments including helicopters on demand, unmanned aircraft and unmanned traffic management.  

Travis joined Airbus after 6 years at Alphabet’s Google X and Google as Chief of Staff where his work has helped to facilitate remarkable innovations in a wide mix of areas including engineering, emerging technology and public policy. He has his undergrad from Syracuse University, his Master’s Degree at the University of Michigan and also studied at Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public Policy and Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government as a Galbraith Scholar. He is a founding board member of the Aspen Institute’s Vanguard Leadership Board and serves on the board of the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Policy at Syracuse. 

He is known for his forward-thinking, imaginative approach to the world ahead of us.  

Holly Moore

Holly MooreHolly Moore is an accomplished senior executive with more than twenty-five years of diverse leadership experience in a publicly traded company as well as both large and start-up non-profit organizations.

She is the President of Hollis Strategies where she collaborates with individuals and organizations to help them unlock the full potential of their teams and increase their capacity. Holly is a sought-after speaker and leadership coach who uses her expertise as a Certified Myers Briggs Practitioner, Certified 5 Voices Coach and Certified Working Genius Facilitator to help leaders identify their personality-based communication patterns and how they apply to relationships and team performance. She also collaborates with Dee Ann Turner, former Vice President of Corporate Talent for Chick-fil-A, to provide workshops on talent selection and retention. Holly has spoken to audiences throughout the United States as well in Egypt, Brazil, Zambia, Mexico, Costa Rica and Singapore.

Holly has over 14 years of executive experience with non-profit organizations including serving as the Chief Operating Officer for Growing Leaders as well as Vice President of Advancement for Mercy Ships.

Previously, she worked in the corporate health care industry for a decade in senior leadership positions. Her most recent executive position was as a divisional Vice-President a publicly traded pharmacy services company. In that role, she had full P&L responsibility for a division of 250 team members in seven locations across the U.S. In addition, she serves on the Board of Director Street Grace, a nationally recognized organization fighting human trafficking, and Oral Roberts University where she is Chair of the Board of Trustees.
